LogFit® cannot be held responsible for any dispute between an organizer and a participant, nor for damages resulting from participation in an event.

By using the LogFit® platform (registering for an event, participating, etc.), you agree to the following terms regarding the use of your image:

• Photographs and videos may be taken during sports events organized through LogFit®
• This content may be used by LogFit® and/or event organizers for promotional, editorial and communication purposes
• Applicable media include: website, social media, newsletters, marketing materials, press and any other media
• This authorization is granted free of charge and for an unlimited duration
• You may request the removal of content featuring you at any time by contacting us at contact@logfit.eu
• This authorization concerns adult participants. The image of a minor participant will not be used for communication purposes without the prior consent of their parents or legal guardians.

By registering for an event, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms regarding image rights. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify the event organizer on the day of the event.
